Senior Financial Analyst – M&A & Financial Planning
Compensation: Up to $130K Base + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated three-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) to evaluate potential acquisitions and investment opportunities.
- Perform acquisition valuations and purchase price analysis using EBITDA, cash flow projections, valuation multiples, and other financial metrics.
- Support M&A initiatives through financial analysis, scenario modeling, and evaluation of potential investments.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and budget-to-actual variance analyses to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Analyze financial performance, develop reporting, and partner with leadership to support strategic business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Hands-on M&A experience required, including building acquisition models and performing valuation analysis.
- Strong financial modeling skills, including integrated three-statement models, EBITDA analysis, cash flow projections, and valuation multiples.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including PivotTables, lookups, complex financial models, and large datasets.
- Experience working in a multi-entity environment with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal training.
