Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is proactively building a network of Finance professionals for upcoming opportunities with banking, financial services, insurance, credit union, and corporate finance organizations throughout Central Indiana.
Responsibilities:
Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
Budgeting and forecasting
Financial modeling
Variance analysis
Executive reporting and KPI development
Strategic business partner support
Monthly and quarterly financial reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3+ years of financial analysis experience
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Banking, insurance, financial services, healthcare, or corporate finance experience preferred
Target Salary Range:$75,000 - $125,000+
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
