Position Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key strategic partner to leadership, responsible for leading complex financial modeling, driving advanced analytical insights, and supporting cross‑functional initiatives that influence critical company decisions. This role will oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, and act as a financial subject‑matter expert across the organization. The Senior Financial Analyst plays a significant role in long‑term planning, performance optimization, and enterprise‑level financial strategy. 

Salary range: $110K - $125K

This is an in office position Monday - Friday

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Support month-end close by performing variance explanations, reconciling key reports to source systems, and preparing materials for operational reviews. 
• Develop and enhance forecast methodologies (drivers, assumptions, and sensitivities) to improve accuracy and explainability. 
• Prepare financial reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI analyses. 
• Drive accuracy, alignment, and continuous improvement. 
• Partner with functional leaders to develop budgets, understand performance drivers, and support business planning. 
• Evaluate financial and operational risks and opportunities across the organization. 
• Lead deep dive analysis to identify trends, business drivers, productivity, and strategic opportunities. 
• Collaborate with the team on best practices. 

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 
• 5–7+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience. 
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to build sophisticated financial models and lead complex analysis. 
• Strong analytical and business acumen with experience supporting senior leadership. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive stakeholders and influence decision making.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Experience interpreting financial statements and key performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Managed Print Services or similar service‑focused industries. 
• Proficiency with PowerBI 

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
