Senior Financial Analyst
Salary: $75,000-$90,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis to support strategic business initiatives.
- Partner with department leaders to analyze financial performance and provide recommendations that improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Support month-end financial analysis, KPI reporting, and long-range planning initiatives.
- Assist with month end close journal entries and reconciliations.
Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 3+ years of financial analysis, corporate finance, or related experience with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
