Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and analyses using financial systems, Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
• 
  
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, including management reporting, financial statement analysis, and compensation reporting.
• 
  
• Deliver ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projects to support business objectives.
• 
  
• Partner with various departments to complete high-visibility industry surveys and reporting initiatives.
• 
  
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions that improve data accessibility, accuracy, and decision-making.
• 
  
• Act as a subject matter expert on financial systems, reporting processes, and data integration.
• 
  

What You Bring

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 
  
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or financial reporting.
• 
  
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas, automation, and data analysis.
• 
  
• Strong experience with SQL, database reporting, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
• 
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• 
  
• Professional services or law firm experience is preferred.
• 
  
• CPA is a plus but not required.
