    We have partnered with a large Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company in the Monroe, NJ area to provide them with a Senior Financial Analyst. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

    Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Senior Financial Analyst:

    #1. Experienced Finance professional with five-plus years of experience working in a product based company or professional services firm.

    #2. Experience with SAP, BEX Analyzer and BW reporting environment.

    #3. Advanced skills in Excel

    Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst:

    The Senior Financial Analyst in the Financial Planning & Analysis group plays in integral role in preparing, validating and analyzing local and corporate management reporting and supporting various annual and quarterly financial planning activities (e.g., budgeting, and forecasting). In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst provides support to FP&A managers in various financial modeling activities and business partnering with other functional areas within the organization. The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and will be based in the Companys Monroe, New Jersey office.

    • Prepare monthly sales, gross margin and P&L reporting packages versus budget and prior year and assist in the preparation of variance explanations.
    • Participate in the process of compiling annual budget and quarterly forecasts of Sales, Cost of Sales, Gross Margin and overall Profit & Loss Statements.
    • Support FP&A managers in developing financial models and analyses to support partnership with other departments, including Sales, Marketing and Operations.
    • Support the creation, distribution and maintenance of reporting tools such as management dashboards and Balanced Scorecard.
    • Perform analysis and data mining in SAP and in BEX reporting tool.
    • Support maintenance of key financial master data in SAP, including Cost Centers, Cost Elements, Internal Orders and WBS project codes.
    • Special projects and ad-hoc analyses.

    Requirements of the Senior Financial Analyst:

    • Experienced Finance professional with five-plus years of experience working in a product based company or professional services firm.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, analyses and projects with limited supervision.
    • Ability to work efficiently and independently with a high level of accuracy and productivity.
    • Demonstrated ability to ask probing questions and determine root causes of issues.
    • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
    • Experience with SAP, BEX Analyzer and BW reporting environment.
    • Advanced skills in Excel
    • Finance/Accounting background with MBA and/or CPA a plus.

    Other Key Requirements:

    • 1 year contract
    • Hybrid, in the office 2-3 days per week.
    • Only citizens or Green Card holders
