Senior Financial Analyst

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for the Global Sourcing organization
• Analyze overhead spending, purchase price variance (PPV), and cost reduction initiatives
• Provide reporting and insights on direct material spend and sourcing performance
• Track and communicate key operational and financial KPIs to leadership
• Support monthly business reviews and recurring operational reporting
• Identify process improvements that enhance forecasting accuracy and financial decision-making

Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of finance experience supporting a manufacturing organization
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational finance
• ERP experience (SAP preferred) with advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
