You'll analyze manufacturing costs and operational performance, develop KPIs and reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial insights that help improve cost, productivity, and margins. You'll develop and maintain operational KPIs around procurement, yield, scrap, inventory, working capital, and labor efficiency while producing dashboards and reports that help identify trends and improvement opportunities. You'll also partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement to support production planning, cost improvement initiatives, and operational decisions. In addition, you'll support Operations budgets and monthly forecasts, analyze inventory trends, evaluate capital investments and ROI, and help drive reporting automation and standardization across sites. WHAT'S REQUIRED?Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field3–6+ years of experience in financial analysis and manufacturing, operations, or supply chain financeStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsAdvanced Excel proficiencyExperience with ERP systems and data toolsStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departmentsPower BI experience and Aspen Canopy familiarity are a plus!
