LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing technology company seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, strategic analysis, and business decision-making initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys financial modeling, working with large data sets, and partnering with business leaders to drive company performance.
Responsibilities
Assist with annual budget and rolling forecast processes
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
Prepare monthly KPI reporting and executive dashboards
Analyze revenue, margins, operating expenses, and business performance trends
Support management reporting and board presentation materials
Conduct scenario planning and ad hoc financial analysis
Partner with department leaders to evaluate spending and resource allocation
Identify risks and opportunities impacting company performance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
3+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, investment analysis, or corporate finance experience
Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise
Experience working with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Technology, SaaS, software, or high-growth company experience preferred
