Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to partner directly with executive finance leadership on forecasting, cash management, financial modeling, and strategic business analysis. This Senior Financial Analyst role offers significant visibility across the organization and will support critical planning and decision-making initiatives.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst

Build and maintain forecasts, budgets, and financial planning models
Develop and manage 13-week cash flow forecasts and cash planning scenarios
Perform financial modeling, variance analysis, and business performance reporting
Prepare board-level financial reporting and executive presentations
Analyze contracts, business opportunities, and strategic initiatives
Create management reporting packages and financial dashboards
Support ad hoc projects and executive requests
Partner with leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and operational improvements

Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst

Required:

Strong FP&A experience
Financial forecasting and budgeting expertise
Cash flow forecasting and financial modeling experience
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and business partnering abilities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Preferred:

Board reporting experience
Covenant reporting exposure
Contract analysis experience
Manufacturing or operations finance background
Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Work Environment: Collaborative, fast-paced, and highly analytical
