- Contribute to a major application modernization project, migrating on-premises applications to Azure and rearchitecting the application. - Split responsibilities evenly (50/50) between front-end and back-end development. - Develop and support applications using Next.js, Angular (TypeScript), .NET Core/.NET, microservices, and Azure. - Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, ASP.NET Web API, and Azure Functions. - Work with microservices and distributed system architectures. - Optimize, index, and tune performance for SQL Server 2019+/Azure SQL databases. - Collaborate in a hybrid work environment (3-4 days onsite) at Schiller Park, IL or Coppell, TX. - Utilize hands-on experience with enterprise-level application development (8+ years) and modern web application development (6+ years with Next.js and TypeScript). - Apply backend development skills, including 6+ years of experience building RESTful APIs and backend services. - (Preferred) Experience with Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, event-driven architecture, and serverless solutions.
