Own the design and launch of new, large-scale enterprise builds for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, along with improvements to the consumer app.
Design, debug, and test AI agents, setting standards for multi-agent planning, prompt improvement, and error recovery.
Lead security and compliance work (SOC 2 and HIPAA) so the agents meet strict health-system requirements.
Report directly to the CEO, help shape the one-year product roadmap, set engineering quality standards, run code reviews, and help hire new engineers.
Build features that let AI agents carry out patient administrative tasks across health systems, portals, and insurance workflows.
Requirements
6+ years of full stack experience (6–10 ideal), building scalable web applications and cloud architectures.
Strong skills in Python (FastAPI), TypeScript, React, and Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL).
Experience with LLM or agent frameworks is a plus.
Able to work on-site 5 days a week in Boston.
