Job Description
We are looking for two highly experienced Full Stack .NET Developers with strong hands-on expertise in .NET/C#, front-end UI/UX development, and web accessibility. Candidates must be capable of independently developing accessible enterprise applications using modern design standards.
Preferred Skills:
DHS Trusted Tester, IAAP WAS, CPACC, or equivalent accessibility training.
State government or healthcare industry experience.
Angular, AWS, and GitHub.
Enterprise application modernization.
Degree in HCI, design, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
A portfolio or code samples demonstrating hands-on front-end/UI development are mandatory at submission.
Candidates must demonstrate proven accessibility implementation and enterprise design system experience. Profiles focused primarily on backend .NET development without strong UI/UX and WCAG experience will not be considered.

Required Skills:
10+ years of overall IT/development experience.
Strong .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web Forms development experience.
Advanced HTML5, CSS3, Sass, JavaScript, and responsive UI development.
Strong UX/UI implementation, usability principles, and design thinking.
Hands-on WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 compliance experience.
Accessibility testing using JAWS, axe, or equivalent tools.
Formal WCAG accessibility training.
Enterprise design system experience, including Bootstrap and Material.
Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
REST APIs, middleware integration, and SQL Server.
Experience handling sensitive data and supporting enterprise production systems.
Recent hands-on experience with modern development practices.
