What You'll Do

• Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and investor capital statements.

• Review investment valuation models and ensure key assumptions are properly supported and documented.
• 
  
• Interpret partnership agreements and investment documents to ensure accurate accounting and reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• 
  
• Partner with investor relations, auditors, and tax professionals to support investor activity, capital calls, distributions, audits, and tax filings.

Who You Are

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 
  
• CPA with 2-4 years of experience in investment fund accounting or public accounting/audit experience.

• Experienced in financial statement preparation, audits, and investor reporting.

• A critical thinker with strong analytical skills who can manage complex projects independently.
