Job Summary:

The Senior Graphic Designer will support the ideation, conception, and execution of all ONE/SIZE brand assets and serve as a creative steward to ensure cohesive and impactful visual storytelling. With a passion for design and the creative development process, the Senior Graphic Designer will execute against our creative project pipeline, delivering all brand-owned marketing and promotional campaigns to drive business growth, working closely with the Marketing and Design Team.

As a member of the Marketing team, you will collaborate with all cross-functional teams and report directly to the Art Director

HYBRID: This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act's overtime requirement and is open to candidates based in LA. While the position is primarily remote, it follows a hybrid 2 day per week schedule requiring occasional in-person work at Culver City, CA 90230. You must be able to work core Pacific hours. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions are essential for remote work.This position is classified as exempt from the overtime requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

What You'll Do:

Essential Job Functions

• Support creative projects and strategies from concept generation to creative execution, online to offline, across our brand touchpoints
• Design compelling branded content to support our business, including product and packaging design, digital design of assets, campaign production and execution, and brand design, serving as the creative steward of our brand's visual identity along the customer journey, as needed.
• Inspire our internal creative processes and execute creative projects at a high level of excellence and productivity
• Set the standards for creative excellence across our consumer touchpoints: editorial campaign assets, packaging design, visual merchandising, digital advertising, digital assets, and social assets and content as needed
• Update and maintain our brand style guide as it evolves with the business
• Must be able to assist in concept, storytelling, create decks, and sell work across disciplines
• Must be able to work collaboratively across the creative journey with photographers, videographers, prop stylists, producers, models, and influencers to assist in photoshoot or video production
• Assist with the creation of internal and external presentations as needed.

Non-Essential Job Functions

• Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed to support departmental goals.
• Provide backup coverage for team members during absences or peak workload periods.
• Perform additional administrative tasks or clerical duties as assigned.
• Support cross-departmental efforts or collaborative initiatives when required.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a graphic designer, preferably within beauty.
• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in graphic design, visual communications, or related fields.
• Passion for beauty, pop culture, and exceptional taste.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and a range of design products.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Eager, can-do, positive attitude.
• Exceptional technical and creative communication skills.
• Collaborative, open-minded, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Light HTML experience.
• High proficiency in Adobe CC Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with. Basecamp or similar project management tools.
• Must be based in Los Angeles.

Team Leadership & Oversight

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

This role requires the following physical capabilities:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged periods standing, bending, stooping, and reaching
• Must be able to focus on detailed work for extended periods, which may lead to eye strain or fatigue.
• Must be able to perform tasks that require fine motor skills, including typing and using a mouse.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, often time-sensitive environment.
