The Senior Graphic & Multimedia Designer is responsible for leading the development of high-impact visual communications across print, digital, and video channels. This role partners closely with the Creative Services, Professional Education and Product Management teams to create engaging customer-facing materials that support business objectives while delivering a consistent global brand experience.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Creative Services & Global Brand and is part of the Marketing Team located in Cincinnati, OH and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the design, development, and execution of print, digital, and video marketing materials that support product launches, campaigns, events, and educational initiatives in collaboration with Product Management and Professional Education teams.
• Design and produce customer-facing assets, including product collateral, presentations, digital advertisements, social media graphics, videos, emails, and landing pages.
• Ensure a cohesive visual experience and consistent application of Mammotome's global brand standards across campaigns, events, digital channels, and promotional materials.
• Manage product photography and video shoots, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality visual assets that support marketing objectives and brand consistency.
• Oversee print collateral production, inventory management, and asset availability within the marketing portal to ensure timely access for sales and events.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications with 5+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, 5 to 8+ years of professional graphic design and multimedia experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print, digital, and video projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience creating motion graphics, video content, and multimedia assets for digital marketing channels.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout design, branding, and digital best practices.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel occasionally for key trade shows, conferences, and business meetings.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Healthcare or medical device marketing

The annual salary range for this role is $85,000-$95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
