BetterUp is looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to join our People & Community team. In this role, you'll partner with leaders across GTM functions—Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing—and the flexibility to support additional functions across the business as needs evolve, serving as a strategic talent advisor while managing full-cycle searches from individual contributors through executive level. This is a role for someone with genuine range—equally comfortable in a C-suite conversation and a sourcing sprint—who thrives in ambiguity and can build trust at every level.

We are a hybrid company with a focus on in-person collaboration when necessary. Employees are expected to be available to work from one of our office hubs at least two days per week, or eight days per month. Our US hub locations include: Austin, TX; New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA; and the Washington, DC metro area. Please ensure you can realistically commit to this structure before applying.

As a Senior Business Recruiter at BetterUp, you'll:

• Drive functional strategy for AI adoption in talent acquisition—identifying transformational opportunities that improve pipeline quality, speed, and candidate experience
• Build scalable AI-powered recruiting workflows—from sourcing and screening to interview prep and offer management—that free capacity for high-judgment human work
• Serve as a trusted advisor to recruiting leadership on AI tools, capabilities, and responsible use in hiring contexts
• Establish best practices for AI-assisted recruiting that balance automation with the human-centered approach our candidates and hiring managers expect

The base salary range for this role is as follows:

• $148,000 – $185,000: New York City and San Francisco
• $133,000 - $166,000: All other locations
