We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our multi-site development team and contribute to the creation of advanced hardware products. In this dynamic and technically challenging environment, you will design state-of-the-art electronic hardware used worldwide.
Although this position is centered on electronic hardware design, you will collaborate closely across disciplines and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of modern, complex system development. This includes hardware, software, and logic design; design for test and manufacturability; thermal and mechanical engineering; requirements definition and management; and other key engineering functions.
Drive all phases of instrument design—from concept development, prototyping, and simulation through schematic creation, PCB layout, verification, documentation, and release to manufacturing.
Design and develop complex electronic circuits, including high-performance digital and power systems.
Collaborate effectively with large, diverse cross-functional teams across engineering (Software, FPGA, Mechanical, QA, Factory Applications) and non-engineering groups (Marketing, PMO, NPI, and others).
Lead sub-project teams through full development cycles, ensuring alignment, progress, and high-quality outcomes.
Facilitate structured decision-making processes and guide engineering teams toward timely, data-driven conclusions.
Communicate clearly and confidently at all levels—from deep technical discussions with fellow engineers to high-level product strategy presentations for senior leadership.
