Senior HCM Core Consultant

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your strong hands-on Workday Core HCM experience to manage processes such as Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination.
• Design and configure complex business processes from the ground up, including business process steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
• Utilize your strong understanding of Workday security, including domain and business process security, role-based access, and organization-based access.
• Create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports, including complex and Metrix reports.
• Understand how Core HCM configuration connects with organizations, staffing, and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Apply your working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise in these areas is not required.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM.
• Strong understanding of Workday security and business processes.
• Proven ability to design and configure complex business processes.
• Experience creating advanced reports and calculated fields in Workday.
• Familiarity with Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
• Experience with Workday integrations and integration security.
