Senior HR Generalist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior HR Generalist with at least 4 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, responding to high-volume HR inquiries through a centralized ticketing system and ensuring timely, accurate resolution
- Triage and manage incoming requests related to onboarding, benefits, payroll, policies, and employee lifecycle events, escalating complex issues as needed
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes, including new hire documentation, system entry, orientation coordination, and ensuring a smooth employee experience
- Support offboarding activities such as exit documentation, system updates, and coordination with cross-functional teams
- Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation standards
- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Talent Acquisition to resolve employee questions and ensure seamless service delivery across HR functions
- Monitor ticket trends and identify recurring issues, recommending process improvements and knowledge base updates to enhance efficiency and self-service capabilities
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring a consistent and service-oriented approach
- Support employee lifecycle transactions including job changes, compensation updates, leaves of absence, and terminations
- Assist in maintaining and improving shared services workflows, SOPs, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Train managers and employees on HR systems, processes, and self-service tools to improve adoption and reduce inquiry volume
- Contribute to HR reporting and metrics, including ticket volume, response times, and service delivery effectiveness
Experience:
- Minimum 4-6 years of HR experience
- Proficient with Workday

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
