Senior HR GeneralistOur client is a global electronics manufacturer that's hiring a Senior HR Generalist at their office in Hackettstown. The Senior HR Generalist will report into the Senior Director of HR, who is also located in New Jersey. The role is heavily focused on employee relations, performance management, and coaching/training, partnering closely with managers to elevate team effectiveness and drive consistent feedback practices.
