Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Senior HR Manager with five plus years of experience working in a Chemical Manufacturing environment to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with Labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.
- Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years progressive experience in Human Resources.
- At least 5+ years of experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment (industry experience required).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
