Job Title : Senior HR Product Manager

Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Senior HR Product Manager to join our team for a 6-month duration. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to enhance our HR technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and Agile methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience leading teams of Product Owners or Product Managers in a large enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise in HR Technology and Workday.
- Strong understanding of Agile product management and product operating models.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior business stakeholders.
- Prior work experience in Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Financial Asset Management.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with strategic planning and day-to-day execution in a product management role.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in AI-enabled capabilities within HR technology.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Agile Product Owners responsible for HR products and platforms.
- Drive product strategy, prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution across the HR technology portfolio.
- Partner closely with HR, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes.
