Job Summary:
The Senior HRIS Professional is a hands-on member of a three-person HRIS team responsible for the ongoing configuration, administration, optimization, and production support of Workday. This role primarily supports Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence, ensuring that system functionality aligns with business requirements, payroll practices, compliance obligations, and the employee experience.
The Senior HRIS Professional partners with Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to configure Workday, administer functional security, develop reports, resolve production issues, and support integrations. The successful candidate combines deep Workday functional expertise with strong analytical, consulting, and problem-solving skills and is comfortable balancing day-to-day support with projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
