Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 Base

Key Responsibilities for the Senior HR Business Partner:

• Advise business leaders on organizational priorities, workforce planning, and change initiatives
• Build trusted relationships with leaders and teams across the Service & Solutions organization
• Partner on performance management, leadership development, and talent initiatives
• Analyze HR metrics, including attrition and critical position fill rates, to support business decisions
• Support workforce strategies impacting customer support, service delivery, and operational performance
• Provide HR partnership to leaders and field-based service teams, including Field Service Engineers

Qualifications for the Senior HR Business Partner:

• 5-8+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience
• Experience supporting organizational change and business transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to influence, advise, and constructively challenge senior leaders
• Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
