Senior HVAC Field Operations Supervisor

Lead our field service crew and keep systems running right

As the Senior HVAC Field Operations Supervisor, you will own daily service execution in the field—coordinating work, troubleshooting complex issues, performing repairs, and coaching technicians to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes.

A day in the life

• Start your day reviewing the schedule and aligning techs to customer needs.
• Head to job sites to diagnose performance issues and complete hands-on repairs.
• Guide and support your team in the field—answering questions, verifying workmanship, and reinforcing safety and quality standards.
• Keep workflows efficient: sequence tasks, remove roadblocks, and communicate status updates.
• Wrap up with quality checks and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.

What you bring

• Proven, hands-on HVAC expertise with strong troubleshooting and repair capability.
• Leadership that elevates team performance and ensures top-tier service.
• Operational discipline to drive efficiency and dependable daily outcomes.

Where you work

This is a field role: work is performed at customer and job sites rather than a single facility. You’ll be based within driving distance of the job location, making day trips to sites with most nights at home.
