This is an opportunity to join a growing organization where your experience is valued, your ideas are welcomed, and your career can continue to advance.What You'll DoAs a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of every phase of commercial and industrial HVAC projects-from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout. You'll keep projects moving, teams aligned, and clients informed while ensuring quality, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction remain top priorities.Your ResponsibilitiesLead multiple commercial and industrial HVAC projects simultaneously from award through closeout.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and financial forecasts.Partner with owners, general contractors, engineers, architects, vendors, and field leadership to ensure successful project execution.Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope documents.Manage project costs, billing, forecasting, procurement, and change orders.Identify risks early and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.Support field operations by providing leadership, technical guidance, and resources.Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and executive leadership.Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.Ensure compliance with all company quality standards and safety regulations.What You BringWe're looking for a proven leader who combines technical knowledge with strong business and relationship management skills.Qualifications10+ years of commercial and industrial HVAC project management experienceDemonstrated success managing large mechanical construction projects from inception through completionExperience with projects ranging from $500K - $20MStrong knowledge of:Commercial HVAC systemsHydronic pipingChilled water systemsBoiler systemsCentral plantsIndustrial mechanical systemsDesign-Build and Plan & Spec projectsAbility to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractsExcellent financial management and forecasting skillsStrong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Viewpoint, CMiC, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platformsPreferredBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplineOSHA 30 CertificationPMP CertificationExperience working for a commercial mechanical contractorWhy You'll Love Working HereWe know great projects are built by great people.
