What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Communicate with customers, explaining issues and solutions in a way they'll understand
• Follow all local HVAC codes and safety standards - no shortcuts
• Keep your truck and materials organized and ready for each job.
• Spot aging or failing systems in the field and turn them over to our Comfort Advisor

What We're Looking For:

• Must have 2+ years of HVAC experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A commitment to doing the job right - not just fast
• Willingness to provide a 5-Star customer service experience
