Must-Have Technical and Functional Skills

Strong experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).

Solid understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and processes.

Expertise in business process analysis, requirements elicitation, functional specifications, technical design, and solution architecture collaboration.

Experience leading implementations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment activities, and operational readiness initiatives.

Proficiency in integration and interface management, workflow automation, data analysis, and enterprise application support.

Strong leadership skills with experience in project coordination, prioritization, risk and issue management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Hands-on experience in production support, incident management, problem management, root-cause analysis, change management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IBM Maximo MAS solution delivery, including discovery, requirements gathering, business and technical analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders by translating EAM and ITSM requirements into scalable, sustainable, and supportable Maximo solutions and roadmaps.

Provide leadership and coordination for cross-functional delivery teams by establishing priorities, allocating work, mentoring team members, and ensuring consistent delivery quality.

Manage a portfolio of Maximo applications and enhancements while balancing strategic initiatives, operational priorities, risks, dependencies, and service-level commitments.

Design, oversee, and support integrations between Maximo and enterprise systems, including interface specifications, data mapping, testing, monitoring, and issue resolution.

Lead workflow automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance asset, service, work, and operational management practices.

Oversee production support activities, including incident triage, problem management, root-cause analysis, defect remediation, release coordination, and stakeholder communications.

Support Maximo upgrades, platform maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring documentation, quality assurance, change management, and operational readiness standards are met.

Collaborate with solution architects, developers, administrators, vendors, and business stakeholders to manage technical dependencies and deliver effective, scalable solutions.

Contribute to enterprise application strategy and continuous improvement efforts to maximize business value and operational efficiency.

Salary Range: $115,000-$130,000 a year
