Senior Industrial Engineer Department: Maint/Eng, Solutions Location: Carol Stream, IL Type: Full-time Summary: Sr. Industrial Engineer plans, coordinates, and manages technical manufacturing processes, process improvement and capital projects from conception to completion. Position bridges the gap between design, engineering, and shop-floor production to ensure projects meet safety requirements, strict deadlines, quality standards, and budgets. Responsibilities typically include designing process room layouts, equipment installations, conducting time studies, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and ensuring workplace safety and quality standards are met.
