Salary: $110 - 120k annually

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Information Security Officer to lead security governance, risk management, audits, and compliance for healthcare domain, ensuring adherence to HIPAA, NIST SP 800-53, and ISO 27001 standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security governance, risk, and compliance activities.
• Manage audits, security incidents, and remediation plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Monitor security metrics, SLAs, and risk exceptions.
• Advise senior leadership on security risks and mitigation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in information security, risk, audit, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, NIST SP 800-53, and ISO 27001.
• Experience in audits, security consulting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC certification preferred.
