Senior Inside Sales Representative

We're looking for a Senior Inside Sales Representative to help grow our Healthcare business by building strong customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and identifying new sales opportunities.

In this role, you'll work directly with healthcare organizations and end users to deliver a seamless purchasing experience, from initial engagement through account onboarding and ongoing support. Youll play an important role in growing our B2B business, improving online purchasing platforms, and partnering with internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs.

What Youll Do:

• Independently manage and grow healthcare accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and end users.

• Drive revenue growth through prospecting, lead generation, account expansion, and new business development.

• Meet and exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Support new account onboarding, product selection, order management, and ongoing customer needs.

• Partner with internal teams to develop and optimize B2B microsites, improving the online purchasing experience.

• Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market data to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies.

• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and pipeline opportunities within CRM systems.

• Independently resolve complex customer challenges, collaborating with internal partners to deliver effective solutions.

• Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and other teams to support business growth.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of sales experience in inside sales, outside sales, or account management, preferably within healthcare or B2B sales.

• Experience with healthcare purchasing processes, including GPOs, hospital marketplaces, or similar channels.

• Proven success managing accounts, developing business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage complex customer needs.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate across departments, influence outcomes, and identify process improvements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems, B2B platforms, Power BI, Dynamics 365, or similar applications.

• Knowledge of apparel, scrubs, and healthcare-related products preferred.

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.

• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.

Pay Range: $80,000-$90,000 plus bonus!
