The Aerospace Sales Operations Lead manages the Aerospace team and supports every Aerospace area, from quoting and order entry to expediting, customer portals and reporting. This is a multifunctional, detail-driven role that keeps backlog, dates and open orders accurate
 
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Aerospace team and support all Aerospace areas
• Process orders and manages Customer portals
• Assist with quotes and order entry for 
• Manage project-based expediting and reporting
• Manage RMAs

Gatekeeper for the Aerospace Team
The role is the checkpoint that keeps Aerospace orders clean and on track by monitoring:
• Backlog and accurate dates
• Unconfirmed pick tickets
• Missing vendor POs for orders
• The Sales Order Report

Skills and Qualifications
• Pre-existing sales experience
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience with third-party customer portals
• Attention to detail, strong organization and a data-driven approach
• Ability to manage a team and work across multiple functions
