The Senior Instructional Designer will serve as a strategic partner to a Randstad client in the DC area, leading the end-to-end design and development of dynamic learning solutions, with a strong focus on technical system training and organizational change management. This role requires an expert practitioner of adult learning theory to conduct comprehensive training needs analyses, establish clear learning objectives, and execute complex curricula across various modalities. The Senior Designer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital content creation, including storyboarding, developing interactive, SCORM-compliant e-Learning modules using tools like Articulate 360 and Captivate, producing and editing video content, and developing supporting end-user communications to ensure successful knowledge transfer and adoption.
