JOB TITLE: Senior IT Project Manager – Ad Tech & Data Platforms

LOCATION: Remote (U.S. Only)

COMPANY OVERVIEW: Our client is an enterprise retail organization. The organization is advancing data platforms, analytics capabilities, data processing systems, and advertising technology solutions.

ROLE SUMMARY: Lead complex technology projects across data platforms and advertising technology initiatives, from planning through delivery. Build realistic execution plans, coordinate multiple workstreams, and maintain progress across engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data and advertising technology initiatives.
• Define project scope, build detailed plans, establish milestones, and manage timelines.
• Break large initiatives into actionable workstreams and drive execution.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop estimates and delivery commitments.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, blockers, and resource constraints.
• Coordinate communication across technical teams, product leaders, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Provide project status reports, executive communications, and governance updates.
• Support data platform modernization and advertising technology initiatives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of enterprise IT project management experience.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Experience managing large-scale software delivery programs.
• Demonstrated ability to create detailed project plans and execution roadmaps.
• Experience leading projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong estimation, planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience using Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and enterprise project management tools.
