The strongest candidate profile is someone who has led regulated-system carve-outs end to end, so screening for divestment, validation, and

• Core background: Life sciences / medical device / regulated environment
• Must be able to lead: IT system implementations, system stand-up/separation, data conversion/migration, cross-functional delivery
• Highly desirable: Strong QMS (Quality Management Systems) experience and LMS (Learning Management Systems) knowledge
• Profile: A hands-on PM who understands the technology and regulated business processes not simply someone who manages a project plan.
