Role: Senior IT Project Manager

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (onsite)

Pay Range: $150,000 - $250,000 / Annually depending on experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is responsible for overseeing cross-functional programs, managing high-value vendor relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic business objectives.

This is an onsite position based in Oklahoma City, OK, requiring strong leadership, executive communication, and hands-on project execution expertise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level projects and programs, often spanning multiple business units and technologies
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Oversee large external vendors, including contract negotiation, performance management, SLA adherence, and risk mitigation
  • Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Drive governance, reporting, and communication cadence across all project phases
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively
  • Ensure alignment with organizational strategy, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive-level status reporting
  • Implement and enforce project management best practices, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO maturity and process improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 8–12+ years of project management experience in large enterprise environments
  • Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects and programs
  • Extensive experience with vendor management and third-party delivery oversight
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Clarity)

Preferred Certifications

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PgMP or PMI-ACP
  • SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification
