About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is hiring an IS Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master (Marketing, Loyalty and Payments) for our client, a well-known U.S. outdoor apparel and retail company. Working under minimal supervision, you will plan, direct and coordinate large, long-term, inter-departmental infrastructure and development projects so goals are met on time and within budget. This is a hybrid role (on-site at headquarters in Freeport, ME 4 days a week, 1 day from home); remote candidates will also be considered.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, direct and coordinate large, long-term, inter-departmental infrastructure and development projects.
- Serve as Scrum Master for agile teams supporting Marketing, Loyalty and Payments.
- Manage data and cloud projects from planning through delivery.
- Keep projects within prescribed timeframes and budgets and report status to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master on large, cross-functional projects.
- Recent, real-world agile project management experience.
- Strong experience managing data and cloud projects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with marketing, loyalty or payments systems.
- Retail industry experience.
- Scrum or PMP certification.
