*What you’ll do*
* Administer servers (Windows Domain and IBM AIX), VMware, virtual desktops, SAN, and backup/disaster recovery
* Manage our network (Cisco, SonicWall, VLANs, VPN with 2FA), wireless, and cloud VoIP
* Handle general database administration, including some minor coding, backups, user ID setup, and permissions within.
* Automate routine work with scripts (PowerShell, Bash/KSH, Python) and build simple system integrations
* Evaluate and administer AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, and help set AI use and data privacy policies
* Lead security reviews, vulnerability remediation, and PCI DSS compliance
* Support business systems including our ERP, scanning devices, and card terminals
* Train employees on technology and security best practices
* Serve as escalation point, mentor, and project lead for the IT team
