Summary:
Client is seeking a Senior ITOM Engineer with deep expertise in IBM/Rocket ITOM report management tooling. This role is responsible for Product Admin report setup, configuration, and distribution data entry services within a large-scale enterprise infrastructure environment.
The successful candidate will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ITOM reporting operations, ensuring accurate and timely report generation and distribution to key stakeholders.
Project Context
This position supports Client’s managed infrastructure services delivery for a major automotive manufacturing client.
The engineer operates within Client’s IT Operations Management (ITOM) practice, enabling reliable and efficient reporting operations at enterprise scale.
