Job Summary:

Seeking for a Senior Java and Curam Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming for application development and maintenance using Java, ReactJS, and Curam technologies. Collaborate with the Food Nutrition Services (FNS) team to design, develop, and maintain code enhancements and fix defects. Support FNS payment error rate reduction efforts including evidence automations, case approvals, and proactive QC alerts. Work closely with the agile team for testing and collaborate with the release team for source control and code build activities.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience developing web applications using J2EE, XML, and related tools
• Cúram V6/7/8 Certified Developer, V8 preferred
• 7+ years of social enterprise management experience
• 7+ years as a Cúram Developer with full life cycle experience from requirements through functional design and testing
• Experience with Cúram Enterprise Framework and Cúram Solution Modules
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical integration capabilities
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in creating technical documents using MS Office products
• Ability to develop relationships and respond to customer needs with urgency
• Organizational skills to prioritize and follow technical procedures
• 5+ years of experience with Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, IEG2, and CERT
• Technical knowledge in Eclipse, HTML, CSS, and Web Services standards (SOAP and WSDL)

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools
• Experience with Federal/State/Government IT functions
• Experience using Git, Bitbucket, and JIRA
• Experience with Curam Web Services
• Experience in AWS or any Cloud Development
• Experience in Python programming
