Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong Big Data expertise to support enterprise application development, platform modernization, and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and large-scale data processing. This role involves developing scalable applications, optimizing data pipelines, and collaborating with multiple technology teams to implement target architecture and strategic platform solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 9+ years of end-to-end Java application development experience.

• Strong Core Java skills, including Multithreading, Collections API, JDBC, and Java profiling tools.

• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.

• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and software design fundamentals.

• Experience in performance tuning, profiling, memory optimization, and application scalability.

• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, data integration, and transformation.

• Strong knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Apache Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive, or Flink.

• Experience with real-time streaming, batch processing, and API-based data ingestion.

• Hands-on experience loading and managing large datasets in Hadoop and implementing complex processing logic using Spark.

• Ability to optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and scalability.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.

• Around 2-3 years of experience in Banking Domain

• Must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
