Senior Java Engineer - Pennington, NJ - Contract - $68-73 Per HR
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale applications supporting critical business capabilities. This onsite contract position requires expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions while enhancing operational stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using modern technologies.
- Lead technical design and architecture discussions for complex projects.
- Drive end-to-end delivery from requirements analysis through to production support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and define technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- 8 years of hands-on experience with enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Extensive experience with databases, including optimization and performance tuning.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
