Senior Java - Rutherford, NJ - Contract - W2 or C2C - $97-107 Per HR
Description
- Lead development efforts to establish and implement new application systems.
- Build robust, high-performance, large-scale applications.
- Utilize web technologies, REST APIs, and backend technologies.
- Engage in Agile processes with a focus on test-driven development.
- Operate with minimal supervision and lead a team of developers.
- Experience in financial or banking sector preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage teams to accomplish goals and conduct personnel duties.
- Provide strategic influence over resources, budget, and planning.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and contribute to defining standards.
- Integrate knowledge of applications development with technology functions.
- Collaborate with product owners for requirements analysis and component design.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Java development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise web applications and design patterns.
- Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and database technologies.
- Proficiency in development tools and environments.
