Senior Land Development Project Manager - 1675853

The role entails serving as a Senior Project Manager with a significant responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating engineering projects that present unique or contentious challenges and wield substantial influence over major company initiatives.

Responsibilities

–Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of a substantial engineering project or manage multiple smaller projects, each featuring complex elements.

–Provide supervision to engineering and support personnel.

–Analyze project scope, client's Request for Proposal (RFP), and the firm's proposal to structure project tasks and establish efficient procedures.

–Create and manage the client's budget and project schedule.

–Serve as both a team leader and a client manager, encompassing business development, proposal composition, and project management.

–Conceive the initial design approach for significant phases of large projects or assume overall responsibility for the engineering work on a project.

–Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution or coordination of engineering projects, ranging from conventional engineering practices to those incorporating a variety of complex features, including conflicting design requirements.

Required

–Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering & Licensed Professional Engineer

–A minimum of 10 years of post-graduate experience or a Master's degree with 2-3+ years of post-Master's experience.
