We are seeking a highly technical engineering leader with deep expertise in TensorFlow, distributed machine learning systems, neuro-symbolic reasoning, probabilistic inference, and scalable AI infrastructure to lead the architectural design and development of Client core intelligence platform.
The role will focus on building and orchestrating large-scale AI/ML pipelines, model training and inference frameworks, vectorized knowledge architectures, reasoning engines, and hybrid symbolic/neural systems capable of operating across complex financial and enterprise data environments. Experience with LLM orchestration, graph-based reasoning, knowledge representation, GPU-accelerated compute environments, cloud-native AI infrastructure, and production-grade ML deployment pipelines is highly preferred.
This position is currently structured as Equity-First during the pre-seed/seed phase while capital formation is finalized. Upon successful completion of the funding round, compensation is expected to transition into a full-time executive-level engineering role with target salary compensation in the, in addition to meaningful equity participation.
