Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous Apex.
- Develop and maintain user interfaces with Visualforce, Lightning Experience, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards and development methodologies.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customization.
- Expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, and Batch Apex.
- Experience with MuleSoft and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Proficiency in Visualforce, Lightning Experience, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security models, sharing rules, and data management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools, version control, and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Experience leading Salesforce development teams or technical initiatives.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
