Description

Responsibilities:

Ensure systems meet security and compliance standards.
Manage user accounts, network rights, and system access.
Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems.
Install software, troubleshoot issues, and maintain network integrity.
Provide daily IT support for client, server, storage, and network devices.
Support users with escalated tickets and access issues.
Optimize system operations and resource utilization.
Perform system capacity analysis and planning.
Configure, install, and maintain system hardware and software.
Support dispatch systems and resolve hardware issues.

Required Skills:

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
10+ years of System Administration experience with large programs or systems.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field. (Five years of additional system administration experience may replace degree.)
Experience with Linux, Windows, and Virtualization technologies.
