Pay: $130,000.00 per year plus commissions


Job description:


Our firm is looking for an experienced attorney to add to our nationally recognized plaintiff-side employment law department. Our firm specializes in representing employees who have had their rights in the workplace violated by employers. Our employment law department is rapidly growing due to the terrific results we have obtained for our clients. An ideal candidate is one who has a passion for helping people.. Therefore, we need an experienced attorney who can evaluate potential claims under federal and state laws,  who can litigate and even try cases, and who can negotiate favorable settlements, and make our clients happy. We are not offering a job, but an opportunity.


Duties:

• Client advocacy 
• Drafting pleadings
• Attending court hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, etc.
• Negotiating settlements
• Screening and evaluating cases
• Generating cases
• Manage deadlines
• Be well-organized
• Learn at a rapid pace
• Represent the firm in the best light at all times
