Job Title: Senior Civil Litigation Attorney

Role Overview

A growing Idaho law firm is hiring a Senior Civil Litigation Attorney to join its business litigation practice. The position handles a mix of plaintiff and defense matters, including business, contract, construction defect, and employment disputes. Candidates with transferable trial experience—such as prosecutors or personal injury litigators—are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation cases from intake through resolution or trial.

• Conduct court appearances, depositions, hearings, and trials.

• Guide and mentor junior associates and support staff.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in civil litigation with substantial, direct courtroom experience.

• Licensure: Active Idaho bar license (or eligible for immediate admission).

• Work Setting: Ability to work full-time in-office 
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (negotiable with portable business).

• Low Billable Requirement
  

• Bonus: Quarterly performance bonuses available
